Process professionals are in high demand across various industries. As a Process Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing end-to-end HR operations.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Process Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling change management, employee onboarding, and payroll inputs. They will also manage vendor coordination, reporting, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HRMS Management: Handle change management for employee ID creation, timesheet and leave data preparation, document verification, and HRMS helpdesk management.
  • Payroll Inputs: Input data for new employees, salary inputs for new joiners, and manage employee referrals and bonus sheets.
  • Group Organization Chart Updates: Update organizational charts monthly, incorporating new joiners and leavers for all entities.
  • MIS & Presentation for Management: Prepare and present accurate, data-driven MIS reports and dashboards to management.
  • Queries Management: Address employee queries related to PF, Group Health & Term Insurance.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendors for travel, printing, accommodation, and EPFO services, ensuring end-to-end process efficiency.
  • HR Reports Preparation: Compile and share weekly data with relevant stakeholders and prepare talent work-in-progress reports.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations with strong visual and structural design.
    • Skilled in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data sorting for effective data analysis.
  • Candidate Profile:
    • Qualification: MBA in HR or Finance.
    • Experience: 3+ Years of experience.
    • Skills: Proficiency in Excel & Power Point Presentation.
Location / Hours:

Noida. Shift timings:13:30 - 22:00 / 11:30 -20:00 on a weekly rotating basis.
