Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage end-to-end performance analysis to optimize and scale our digital presence globally.
  • Design and implement sophisticated dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility.
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive measurable business results.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media Managers, Growth Marketing, and Data Science teams to inform acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on attribution models, conversion paths, and media mix optimization.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or digital growth roles.
  • Strong command of digital ad platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics & BI tools, such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROI forecasting.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to connect performance data to strategic business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and influence senior stakeholders.
