Senior Software Engineering Lead

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering principles, with expertise in .NET technologies. They will lead a team of software developers working on .NET projects and oversee the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance to solve complex development challenges.
  • Manage resource allocation and project timelines while ensuring high performance and productivity within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET, C#, and .NET Framework.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a technical leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and application frameworks.
  • Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and integration with .NET applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and mentor developers.
