Senior Software Engineering Manager

To succeed as a technical director, you will be responsible for overseeing large engineering teams and leading the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. This role requires expertise in software architecture design, cloud platforms, and team leadership.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide solutions architecture support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in technical implementations.
- Leverage expertise in multiple tech stacks to enhance project accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
- Oversee development teams, ensuring best practices and technical guidance are followed.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience working with multiple backend technologies.
- Hands-on expertise in at least two of the following tech stacks: Nodejs OR MEAN, Reactjs OR MERN, or Python.
- In-depth knowledge of Cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with design patterns and best software architecture practices.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to balance detail and big-picture perspectives.
Technical Requirements:
- Backend: PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails, Node.js
- Frontend (if applicable): React.js, Angular.js
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
