About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless experiences for our clients.

  • You will manage customer inquiries across multiple channels, providing accurate product information and resolving issues promptly.

This role requires a strong communication skillset, with a focus on empathy and solution-oriented thinking. Proficiency in support platforms and CRM tools is also essential.

We are seeking an individual with 2-6 years of experience in customer support or a related field. B2B SaaS experience is preferred but not required.

  • Develop expertise in our platform to deliver effective solutions.
  • Closely collaborate with our team to achieve and exceed KPIs/SLAs.
  • Analyze customer feedback, working with our product and tech teams to improve user experience.
