Job Title: System Innovator

This role requires a highly skilled professional to develop and implement new wash systems for washing machines and dryers.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fluid dynamics, detergent chemistry, and experience with product development and testing in the home appliances domain.

The selected individual will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving system-level issues, working closely with consumers and process partners to understand their requirements.

  • Create innovative wash systems for various applications.
  • Analyze complex data to develop unique selling points and algorithms for home appliances.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments through design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMEA).
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in product/technology development and testing in home appliances domain.
  • Knowledge of global energy and performance standards [AHAM, IEC 60456, IS Standards].
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of fluid dynamics and detergent chemistry.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
