Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design and develop innovative AI models that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing systems and applications.

  • Design and develop AI architectures, algorithms, and frameworks for generative AI.
  • Implement AI models by building and integrating them into existing systems and applications.
  • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI technologies like LangChain, Haystack, and prompt engineering.
  • Data preprocessing and analysis: prepare data for use in AI models.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate model performance and deploy AI models to production environments.
  • Monitor and optimize AI models for better results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI.

Required Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs.
  • Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries like LangChain, Haystack.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering and tokenization.
  • Experience in integrating and fine-tuning AI models.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
