Job Title:

A strategic technology leader is needed to drive innovation and growth in homecare fulfilment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build core systems powering homecare services.
  • Develop and deploy AI pipelines for automation, decision support, and caregiver workflows.
  • Oversight of large language models—fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, and scaling in production.
  • Identification of high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation across workflows.
  • Ensuring systems meet HIPAA, SOC-2, and DPDP standards from the start.
  • Remain deeply technical, contributing to code, architecture, and experimentation.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong exposure to AI/ML in production.
  • Proven expertise in GenAI, LLMOps, and large-scale model deployment.
  • Strong skills in Python, FastAPI, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Experience building end-to-end AI systems including data pipelines, training, inference, and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of data security, compliance frameworks, and scalable system design.
  • Execution-first mindset comfortable iterating quickly while building toward long-term scalability.
  • Past experience as a CTO or Founding Engineer at a startup is mandatory.
