Embedded Systems Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our embedded systems team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices, AI implementation in the Engineering process, and drive innovation and excellence in our projects.

This role requires a strong understanding of industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies in mechanical engineering.

  • Provide expert guidance on embedded system design, development, and implementation.
  • Lead technical discussions and decision-making processes to ensure optimal solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in embedded systems.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide training sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Responsibilities also include developing and enforcing quality standards for embedded system development, conducting thorough testing and validation to ensure reliability and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in embedded system development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, familiarity with Linux and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Experience in embedded systems development with good understanding of embedded software development, including C/C++, RTOS, and microcontroller architectures and communication protocols like CAN, SPI, I2C, and UART.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies with proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from concept to production.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills include experience with IoT applications and gen AI integration, knowledge of cybersecurity practices related to embedded systems, and familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
