
Senior Channel Partner Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive revenue growth and strengthen our network of strategic partners in Bangalore.
- Expand and nurture a strong network of Channel Partners in Bangalore.
- Drive new home sales by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities with existing channel partners.
- Conduct regular meetings and onboard new partners in assigned micro-markets.
- Ensure retention and maximize engagement with existing partners through proactive support and timely resolution of issues.
- Organize workshops, events, and other activities to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among Channel Partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales/business development (real estate preferred).
- Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of successful Channel Partner management is an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler (mandatory) for field visits.
- Consistent work history with 1-2 appraisals in the same organization preferred.
