
Online Sales Channel Strategist

- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Order Fulfillment: Process orders, track shipments, and resolve customer queries.
- Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, traffic, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and design teams for digital campaigns and advertisements.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated with e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and new tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce management, online sales, or digital marketing.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, good understanding of SEO, product ranking, and online sales strategies, proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
This is a full-time, permanent role that requires fluency in English (mandatory) and Hindi (mandatory), and Kannada (optional).
