E-commerce Operations ManagerOur organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our online sales channels. This key role involves strategic planning, tactical execution, and continuous improvement to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Management: Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across e-commerce platforms.
  • Content Optimization: Optimize product content for better visibility, ranking, and conversion.
  • Marketplace Coordination: Coordinate with marketplaces and handle vendor accounts.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process orders, track shipments, and resolve customer queries.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, traffic, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and design teams for digital campaigns and advertisements.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated with e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and new tools.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce management, online sales, or digital marketing.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, good understanding of SEO, product ranking, and online sales strategies, proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
