Job Overview:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Sales Executive located in Jaipur. The Tele Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales efforts by identifying and engaging potential clients through telephone outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Source potential leads and manage them.
  2. Get appointments for sales meetings and site visits.
  3. Convert clients and bring business.
  4. Maintain good professional relationships with clients from start to end.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales for services business.
  2. Knowledge of online portals such as India Mart, Just Dial, or Bark.
  3. Understanding of building design and construction practices in India.
  4. Sales experience in construction or architecture or civil-related industry.
  5. Hands-on experience with MS Word and Excel.
Qualifications:
  1. B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering field (preferred).
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  3. Demonstrable track record of overachieving quota.
  4. Sales and business development skills.
  5. Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
