Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Lead a multi-disciplinary team for successful execution of Green Hydrogen product development and project follow-up from concept to delivery.

  • Manage and mentor engineers and technicians, fostering their professional development and aligning their skills with business needs.
  • Work in tandem with global teams, acting as the primary interface point between stakeholders, ensuring seamless information flow and timely technical resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for electrical design, instrumentation, cabling, and control philosophy for each product.
  • Oversee resources within the EAI team, responsible for load management.
  • In cooperation with EAI, develop product roadmaps, guidelines for projects, and standardize studies.
  • Finalize applicable local, international, regional rules regulations, focusing on Ex rules.
  • Define requirement of engineering software, tools, and methods for completion of engineering.
  • Define the engineering scope split between in-house eng teams and external engineering subcontractors.
  • Lead and organize technical reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Electrical, Instrumentation, Power Electronics or Automation Engineering from a reputed university. Post-graduation will be an added advantage.
  • 10 to 15 years experience in large engineering / project / process / heavy engineering industry with exposure to Multinational environment.
  • Good process background.
  • Experience in Oil-Gas sector is a competitive advantage, including related codes standards.
