The successful candidate will be responsible for leading month-end close, general ledger management, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews. They will also deliver error-free monthly global reporting, drive balance sheet improvements, and leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights.

Additionally, the candidate will implement and maintain internal controls, manage internal and external audits, and lead automation initiatives to streamline financial operations.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead financial operations across multiple businesses and geographies
  • Oversee month-end close, general ledger management, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews
  • Deliver error-free monthly global reporting
  • Drive balance sheet improvements
  • Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights
  • Implement and maintain internal controls
  • Manage internal and external audits
  • Lead automation initiatives to streamline financial operations

**Requirements:**

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of experience in financial control, reporting, and team leadership
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong operational understanding of trade compliance, banking processes, taxes, and transfer pricing
  • Expertise in leveraging systems and tools for financial operations and reporting
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality financial reporting and driving continuous improvement initiatives
