Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions
- Design and execute test plans to validate process changes
- Provide training and support to regional teams on new processes and procedures
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive process optimization

Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in finance transformation or process improvement
- Proven track record of delivering process improvements and driving cultural change
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Strong understanding of financial reporting processes and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree in finance or related field desired
- Certification in project management or process improvement (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) preferred
