Job Summary

As a Financial Operations Lead with DHR Global, you will oversee daily accounting activities for our organization and its portfolio companies in the US and APAC regions. Your responsibilities will include performing general ledger functions, such as journal entry posting, account reconciliation, and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

You will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with US GAAP and APAC accounting standards. Additionally, you will supervise accounts payable and receivable functions, including vendor management and customer billing, and maintain accurate inventory records for products.

Your collaboration with production teams will involve tracking costs and performance metrics. You will also prepare consolidated financial statements and financial reports for individual portfolio companies. Furthermore, you will aid financial decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. You will assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis for DHR Global and its portfolio companies.

In your role, you will work closely with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and tax filings. You will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings. You will implement and streamline accounting processes across both regions to improve efficiency and accuracy. Recommendations for improvements to accounting processes and procedures will be an essential part of your job.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting activities for DHR Global and its portfolio companies
