Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned technical lead to oversee the development of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality code in a timely manner.
  • Manage customer communication, understand their requirements, provide technical clarity, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain scalable codebases, including designing new frameworks, enhancements, and production-grade pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development goals with business objectives.
  • Ensure code quality through reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical challenges in live systems.
  • Document architecture, workflows, and key decisions to ensure smooth knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to effectively convey ideas and creative concepts to clients.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Python.
  • Proven experience in full-stack development, client handling, and tech team management.
  • Experience with server-side frameworks, cloud services, containerization tools, database technologies, and CI/CD pipeline development.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and good understanding of web technologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in cloud services (AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
  • Good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, AngularJS, ReactJS).
