Technical Leader Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a technical leader to guide a high-performing engineering team, drive best practices, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple projects.

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional with expertise in software development, leadership, and communication skills to lead the development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in .NET, Azure technologies, React, SQL Server, and Git, as well as strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using .NET, Azure, React, and SQL Server.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA engineers to deliver impactful and high-quality solutions.
  • Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and efficient development workflows.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across front-end, back-end, and cloud environments.
  • Support release management, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, security, and performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a team leadership role.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in:
    • .NET Framework/Core, C#
    • Azure Technologies (DevOps, Pipelines, Cloud Services)
    • React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • SQL Server (T-SQL)
    • Git
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
