Job Description :

- Lead end-to-end technical solutions across diverse technology stacks, driving innovation and maintaining high standards of technical excellence.

- Serve as the go-to technical expert, making strategic decisions that ensure scalable, robust, and future-proof systems architecture.

- Drive innovation initiatives, staying ahead of industry trends and integrating emerging technologies like AI/ML, cloud-native, and microservices into solutions.

- Provide thought leadership through knowledge sharing, contributing to industry events, and mentoring teams on cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.

- Lead architecture design and code reviews to ensure high-quality solutions.

- Establish best practices in design patterns, scalability, security, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.

- Make strategic recommendations on platform modernization, technical debt, and technology migrations.

- Work closely with product, design, and business teams to transform requirements into highly scalable and efficient technical solutions.

- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless

integration of technical initiatives.

- Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions, ensuring adherence to best

practices and coding standards.

- Lead troubleshooting efforts and manage critical production issues, offering quick, strategic

solutions that mitigate risks and impact.

- Mentor and develop technical talent within the organization, providing regular feedback and

guidance to junior engineers and peers.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team, encouraging

knowledge sharing and technical excellence.

- Promote DevOps practices, ensuring efficient CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code principles are followed.

- Drive continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices to boost efficiency, quality, and scalability.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to articulate

technical strategies, progress, and challenges.

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or allied streams.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a

leadership role.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar.

- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MSSQL) and NoSQL databases

(MongoDB, Cassandra, CouchDB).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time.
