Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, selecting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of efficiently fulfilling both high-volume and leadership roles, with excellent communication skills and a customer service focus. They will also possess exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to leverage data to continuously improve recruiting practices.

  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Social Media, Referrals etc.
  • Manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure seamless and transparent recruitment experience
  • Utilize Boolean searches, LinkedIn creative recruiting tactics, and other tools to find the best fit for the organization

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with an MBA
  • Proven ability to efficiently fulfill both high-volume and leadership roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
  • Very good sourcing skills, with a sound understanding of Boolean searches and LinkedIn creative recruiting tactics
  • Ability to leverage data to continuously improve recruiting practices
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
