We are seeking a skilled technical support professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Process Executive. This role involves providing fast, clear, and effective solutions through chat support for customers with Microsoft Windows & O365 issues.
You will be the first point of contact for customers and will use your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex problems. Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will make you an asset to our team.
About the Role- Be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Microsoft Windows & O365 issues.
- Provide fast, clear, and effective solutions through chat support.
- Create a positive experience by showing empathy and patience while troubleshooting.
- Use your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex problems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher (mandatory)
- Prior experience in technical support via chat in Business to Customer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows & O365 queries
- Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or M365 Fundamentals are a strong plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset
