  • Designing and growing city-based WhatsApp groups, creator clubs, and interest-based channels.
  • Launching and moderating hyperlocal hubs—supporting events, creators, and contributors across categories.
  • Building a calendar of offline meetups, pop-ups, club events, and gatherings.
  • Developing rituals, challenges, and activities that keep members engaged and inspired.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in community management, creator relations, social media, or cultural programming.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with Hindi and English fluency preferred.
  • A strong understanding of WhatsApp-first communities and digital tools.
