Ethyx is building the next generation of trust infrastructure for MSME and SHG finance.

We're creating a platform where finance, technology, and sustainability converge:

every invoice becomes a proof of trust, every flow of money carries its ESG/SDG story, and every small entrepreneur can be part of a verifiable, dignified growth journey.

To achieve this, we are looking for a co-founder who wants to build Ethyx as if it were their own.

This means having self-initiative & resilience, a creator mindset, go-getter drive, and financial commitment.

Our ideal candidate thrives without a playbook, can handle ambiguity, and keeps moving forward when the road gets tough and is ok with frequent pivots.

They are as comfortable sketching on a whiteboard as they are structuring deals or designing systems.

They chase outcomes, not just effort, whether it's opening doors with investors, engaging with ministries, or getting into the weeds of product.

The role involves shaping a system that demands first principles thinking, resilience, and initiative.

It requires operating with a culture of self-drive and ownership, where every team member is expected to be a creator, problem-solver, and go-getter.

We don't believe in meetings; everyone meets their own deadlines.

We are looking for someone who co-creates, not just contributes; who are self-driven, agile and not get perturbed with Pivots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a robust graph database (Neo4j) for borrower, promoter, GSTIN, invoice, device, bank account, contact, and address data.
  • Create a rules engine (v0) for circular trades, pledge conflicts, and co-address/phone/IMEI checks.
  • Design a console (v0) for read-only data access, immutable audit logging, SSO/MFA, and PII at-rest encryption.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of graph databases and their applications.
  • Experience with developing complex rules engines.
  • Familiarity with designing secure consoles for sensitive data.
