About the Role

  • You will be responsible for delivering and onboarding our software for customers through technical discussions, solution design, and project management.">
  • Solving complex technical challenges so your customers can focus on their business is key to this role, which includes architecting and designing scalable solutions for some of the world's largest enterprises.">
  • You will drive and/or take part in technical solutions discussions, diving deep into the details with customer teams.">
  • Delivering product and technical presentations to potential clients will also be a significant part of this role.">
  • You will work closely with experienced co-founders who bring with them more than a decade of experience working with leading companies.">

Requirements

">
  • ">
  • 4+ years of professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on cloud technology.">
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and their relevant build, deployment, automation, networking, and security technologies in cloud environments is essential.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.">
  • Strong expertise in Technical Post Sales is necessary for success.">
  • Working experience on Windows and Linux operating systems is also required.">
  • Experience working in a high-engagement customer-facing role is key to this position.">
  • Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed to work successfully with prospects, customers, and cross-functional teams to meet performance goals.">
  • Account management and project management skills are also essential.">
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilise them in a customer-facing environment is necessary.">
  • Public cloud certifications would be an added advantage.">
  • Prior experience in the storage domain would be an added advantage.">
