UI/UX Designer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize a UI/UX design strategy and gather requirements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand user needs and translate them into elegant UI/UX designs.
  • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications in various environments.
  • Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and Angular.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements to ensure the highest quality user experience.
  • Ensure consistency with branding, design systems, and regulatory requirements through strict adherence to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with backend developers, data scientists, and automation teams to integrate UI with APIs, RPA bots, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Design banners, communications, newsletters, and system report layouts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in R&D or a related field
  • Experience in web programming, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks like React/Angular
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of web and application design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics to create visually appealing designs
