We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Expert to lead high-profile port development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and construction of marine structures including breakwaters, jetties, quay walls, and docks for major port projects.
  • Expertise in coastal engineering to optimize the performance, stability, and sustainability of port infrastructure in challenging coastal environments.
  • Structural and geotechnical analysis to ensure the long-term durability and stability of marine structures under varying tidal and wave conditions.
  • Project management and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful execution of marine construction works.
  • Compliance with environmental regulations to minimize impacts on the coastal ecosystem and meet industry best practices.
  • Construction supervision to ensure quality and timely delivery of marine structures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in marine structures design, construction, and project execution.
  • Post Graduate degree in Marine Structures or equivalent, with a strong academic foundation in coastal and marine engineering principles.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in coastal or marine construction, working on breakwater systems, jetties, seawalls, and other port infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in marine engineering software (e.g., MIKE21, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, etc.) for designing and simulating coastal and marine structures.
  • Strong knowledge of coastal processes, including hydrodynamics, wave modeling, and sediment transport.
  • Ability to manage risk and develop cost-effective solutions for marine infrastructure.
  • Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale projects on time.
