Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of our production facilities and systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement process safety strategies across multiple projects, including conceptual, FEED, and EPC initiatives.
  • To design and deliver process safety systems for production and utility systems, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • To conduct thorough reviews and provide guidance on discipline engineering and design deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • To create hazard classification schedules and drawings using specialized tools and software.
  • To perform sizing calculations for flare networks using Hysys and FlareNet, ensuring accurate results.
Requirements:
  • A deep understanding of process safety principles and practices, including hazard identification and risk assessment.
  • Proven experience in creating P&ID diagrams and datasheets, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating complex ideas and concepts clearly.
  • A strong passion for process safety, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
