Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Process Transformation Specialist to collaborate with clients and internal teams in implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise business applications.

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Design process workflows, system configurations, and solutions that meet business needs.
  • Configure ERP modules (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) according to requirements.
  • Work with technical consultants to ensure customizations meet functional requirements.
  • Validate system setup and ensure alignment with client processes.
  • Maintain requirement traceability and change logs.
  • Develop user manuals and training material.
  • Support Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation support.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
  • Manage workshops, presentations, and meetings.
  • Ensure timely project delivery within defined scope and quality.
