Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced talent acquisition executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end hiring processes for various roles across departments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective hiring strategies, collaborating with departmental managers to understand current and future hiring needs, and creating compelling job descriptions to attract diverse talent.

In addition, the successful candidate will build and maintain a strong network of qualified active and passive candidates, leverage knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques to identify top-tier candidates, and screen resumes and assess candidate suitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with departmental managers to develop effective hiring strategies and plans.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure for a wide range of roles across departments.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong network of qualified active and passive candidates.
  • Employer Branding & Outreach: Participate in local and national career fairs to enhance employer branding and attract diverse talent.
  • Strategic Recruiting Initiatives: Collaborate with HR leadership and senior management to design and implement innovative sourcing strategies that align with business growth objectives.
  • Job Posting & Sourcing: Stay updated with leading job boards, social networks, and professional platforms; create compelling job descriptions and publish them across relevant channels.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop deep relationships with internal teams to fully understand departmental dynamics and hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Create and publish engaging job postings on social media, company portals, and external job boards.
  • Sourcing Excellence: Leverage knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and techniques to identify and engage top-tier candidates aligned with business requirements.
  • Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination: Screen resumes, assess candidate suitability, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the interview process.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in corporate or internal recruitment.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in English.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end hiring for various roles across departments.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality hires within defined timelines.
