Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Wolters Kluwer products and services. You will also provide overall project management for incoming response requests by reviewing due diligence and SOC audit requests, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring progress meets contract requirements.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining extensive knowledge of Wolters Kluwer products, services, and response procedures.
  • Managing the writing of responses to incoming requests, researching database information, and submitting non-published responses for verification.
  • Coordinating and providing due diligence support for customer onsite visits and audits, assisting sales organizations in communication and scheduling subject matter experts.
  • Contributing subject matter expertise to ensure project success and organizational objectives, developing response templates and supporting sales and audit teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Wolters Kluwer products and services.
