Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, including fixed payments and variable expenses, bank deposits, and budgets. Strong analytical skills and thorough knowledge of accounting principles are required to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Prepare and examine financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Prepare budget forecasts and monitor spending.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain general ledger and record financial transactions.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- File tax returns and assist with audits.
- Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
- Generate reports such as balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and cash flow.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and auditors.
Requirements and Skills:
">- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.
- Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred but not mandatory.
