Job Title Accountant Location Insert Location Employment Type Full-time Part-time Contract Department Finance Accounts Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial transactions from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets The role requires strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance Key Responsibilities Prepare and examine financial records ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations Handle monthly quarterly and annual closings Prepare budget forecasts and monitor spending Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Maintain general ledger and record financial transactions Process invoices receipts and payments File tax returns and assist with audits Maintain financial security by following internal controls Generate reports such as balance sheets profit loss statements and cash flow Coordinate with internal teams vendors and auditors Requirements and Skills Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures Proficiency in accounting software e g Tally QuickBooks Zoho Books Advanced MS Excel skills Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills CPA or equivalent certification preferred not mandatory Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
