Job Description

The Banquet Captain is responsible for the smooth running of the banquets department, ensuring a positive and timely response to guest enquiries. They work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering excellent service standards.

The role involves taking responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner. This includes collaborating with immediate reports to control costs and inventory, while attaining productivity and performance levels.

The Banquet Captain must ensure adherence to all legislation and due diligence requirements, performing follow-up as necessary. They must also promote company culture and values, building effective working relationships with colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
