Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a RSVP Coordinator located in Gurugram. The RSVP Coordinator will be responsible for managing guest lists, coordinating with attendees, ensuring accurate RSVP tracking, and providing support during events. Day-to-day tasks will include responding to inquiries, maintaining databases, liaising with clients, and handling logistics to ensure events run smoothly.

• Prior experience in event planning or coordination is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field
