About the Role

This Senior Chef position involves developing and implementing a scalable product line for Sodexo's brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the AVP Lead Food Platform to establish the culinary structure for the specialized brand.
  • Support all segments of Sodexo's food services.
  • Implement services in accordance with Sodexo global standards and deliver positive business impact.
  • Ensure that all services and policies align with the company strategy, driving business growth and meeting team goals.
  • Develop and review processes, products, promotional platforms, and provide necessary resources for success.
  • Address operational challenges with effective solutions that positively impact business.
  • Participate in the development of culinary solutions like standard recipes, menu planning, culinary training, convenience products, and pop-ups with third-party vendors.
  • Evaluate and validate criteria to finalize services for implementation and support for bidding purposes.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest food trends in the market to drive brand development.
  • Report and review financial and compliance aspects of deployed services.
  • Audit sites where services are deployed to ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
  • Standardize onsite products through training and food trials.
