Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage loan operations against gold jewelry. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing loan applications, conducting know your customer checks, and valuing jewelry in accordance with laid-down guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review loan applications to ensure compliance with guidelines
  • Conduct thorough know your customer checks to verify customer identity
  • Collaborate with valuers to determine the value of gold jewelry
  • Ensure accurate data inputting into the loan origination system
  • Generate repayment schedules and update payment details as per process requirements
  • Manage storage of gold packets in accordance with defined guidelines
  • Liaise with record management agencies for storage and retrieval of records
