The company focuses on driving operational efficiencies through technology, providing seamless financing and revenue cycle management for healthcare providers with strong institutional investor backing and experienced founders.
We're seeking an expert Debt Funding Specialist with experience in raising debt funds and working in non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) or small finance banks.
- Drive debt capital raising from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
- Build and manage relationships with lenders, rating agencies, and investors to secure funding
- Structure debt transactions, negotiate loan terms, and ensure optimal funding costs
- Maintain regulatory compliance with RBI/NBFC regulations and lending frameworks
- Develop funding strategies to optimize capital structure and liquidity management
- Assess funding risks and mitigate exposure in collaboration with other teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in raising debt funds from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
- Strong network with lenders, including banks, NBFCs, Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), and structured finance players
- Prior experience in NBFCs or Small Finance Banks is essential
- Expertise in structured finance, term loans, working capital loans, and credit lines
- Solid understanding of RBI/NBFC regulations, due diligence, and loan documentation
- Strong negotiation, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills
