About the Role

EDXSO is seeking an experienced School Relationship Manager to join its team. This pivotal role demands strong, long-term relationships with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers to onboard institutions into EDXSO's initiatives.

The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive network of 50-60 schools to ensure smooth onboarding, maintain engagement, and drive repeat participation.

This role involves:

  • Establishing Professional Connections
  • End-to-End Onboarding
  • Single Point of Contact
  • Monitoring Participation
  • Conducting Orientation Sessions
  • Maintaining Accurate Records
  • Driving Retention

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5-8 years of experience in school relationship management, educational sales, or client servicing in the education/EdTech sector.
  • Established network of 50-60 schools with strong professional relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the K-12 school decision-making ecosystem.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.

Performance Indicators

The performance indicators for this role will focus on the number of schools onboarded from existing networks, school retention and repeat participation rates, stakeholder satisfaction scores, and timeliness of payments and accuracy of handovers to operations.
