About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to establish, nurture, and expand partnerships with Stock Market brokerage firms in India.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms and financial institutions.">
  • Identify and acquire new Brokers PAN India">
  • Onboard new brokers to expand our network.">
  • The Broker Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with brokerage partners (Brokers providing DEMAT account), coordinating trading activities, and providing support to retail investors. ">
  • The role involves facilitating communication between brokers and clients, ensuring smooth trading operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.">
  • Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring long-term engagement.">
  • Negotiate terms and agreements to align with company objectives and broker expectations.">
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance broker onboarding processes and trading platform integration.">
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.">
  • Provide training and support to brokers on our trading solutions and value propositions.">
  • Regularly analyze broker performance metrics and optimize engagement strategies.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.">
  • 3+ years of experience in brokerage partnerships, financial services, or a similar role.">
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.">
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market changes.">
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a strategic approach to problem-solving.">
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.">
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in trading transactions">
  • Experience in fintech or trading-related industries is a plus.">
