We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner. This role will act as a strategic bridge between IT and finance teams.

As a senior business partner, you will collaborate closely with finance leadership to intake, prioritize and deliver finance-related initiatives. You will also ensure governance and compliance for financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between IT and finance stakeholders.
  • Partner with VP finance and global process owners to intake, prioritize and deliver finance-related initiatives.
  • Drive alignment with standard SAP processes.
  • Provide expertise in SAP FICO and PS modules.
  • Support integration of finance with procurement and other business functions.
  • Ensure compliance, governance and audit readiness for finance systems.
  • Oversee IT service management for finance/procurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics and reporting initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10–15 years of experience in SAP FICO and PS.
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes.
  • Proven ability to evaluate initiatives against SAP standards.
  • Experience as an IT business partner or business analyst.
  • Understanding of procurement and analytics integration with finance.
  • Knowledge of ITIL-based service management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in SAP reporting and analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to S/4HANA finance and related analytics.
  • Certifications in SAP FICO, PS or ITIL.
  • Experience in global finance transformation or integration projects.
