Business Growth & Client Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Growth & Client Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing growth, sales, client journeys, and execution end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development: Manage and close inbound leads from various channels, understand customer needs deeply, and guide them into the right Defyn journey.
  • Marketing & Client Servicing: Support execution of campaigns, events, and partnerships, coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, and track marketing performance and customer insights.
  • Client Onboarding & Management: Act as the bridge between our Founder and clients/prospects, manage CRM, track pipeline, follow-ups, and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in business development/client servicing (agency background preferred).
  • Strong communication skills — articulate, persuasive, and empathetic.
  • Smart, quick learner, high on energy, able to handle multiple things at once.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment.
  • Someone who thrives on responsibility and is not afraid to get hands dirty.
