We are revolutionizing employee health and wellness in India. Our platform serves millions of users across large Indian conglomerates and start-ups, catering to unexplored Primary Healthcare needs.

Traditionally, Employee Health Benefits were synonymous with insurance/hospitalization benefits only; Secondary Care. However, today 90% of individual healthcare and wellness-related expenses in India are out of pocket on Primary Care; be it Mental Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition, Diagnostics, Medicines, and regular doctor appointments.

Professional settings often lack comprehensive employee health offerings or provide them in an ad hoc manner through various individual platforms. This results in a disconnected experience for employees, with limited utilization and engagement.

We offer a one-stop solution for all employee health benefits needs. We help companies build customized Wellness solutions focused on Primary Care aspects such as Fitness, Mental Health, Doctor Teleconsultation, OPD programs, etc. for employees and their families, reducing out-of-pocket expenses and creating healthier workforces.

Our team is scaling across all engineering functions, pushing high-quality code on NodeJS, ensuring data integrity across multiple data storages (DB/Kafka/S3, etc), and balancing speed/quality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process data and information according to guidelines.
  • Help develop reports and analyses.
  • Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  • Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.
  • Identify and develop data pipelines to support data standardization.
  • Handle multiple sources of data, structure large data sets to find usable information, and come up with standardized schema.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Variety of skills and qualifications that help solve problems using large amounts of data.
  • Good knowledge of databases like MySQL (scripts, procedures, functions, indexes, relationships, schema management) and NoSQL.
  • Good coding skills in languages like Python.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques.
  • Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau, PowerBI, or any other tool.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
  • Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
