
Director of Enterprise Sales

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our enterprise solutions efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling software as a service (SFA) and digital merchandising management (DMS) solutions, with a proven track record of success in closing large deals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hunting and winning new enterprise accounts in the FMCG, Electronics, and Consumer Durables sectors
- Leading with value and benefits, clearly articulating the business impact of SFA, DMS, Merchandising, and AI solutions
- Managing the full sales cycle from cold outreach and discovery to proposal creation, negotiation, contract validation, and signed deal
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, including 5+ years selling SFA/DMS or related tech sales
- Proven ability to sell value and benefits to CxOs and senior leaders, tying solutions directly to business outcomes
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex enterprise deals
As an Enterprise Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account planning, relationship building, and execution of sales strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that drive business results.
