Job Title: Director of Enterprise Data Governance

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our enterprise data governance efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data management policies and procedures that ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data assets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance, including experience with data quality, metadata management, and data modeling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions that meet business needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining data governance policies and procedures
  • Leading data quality initiatives to improve data accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement data models and metadata management systems
  • Evaluating emerging technologies and third-party solutions to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Over 15 years of experience in data management, including 5+ years in data governance leadership roles
  • Proven success in implementing enterprise data governance platforms and modern data architectures
  • Extensive hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in alignment with Sales teams
