Job Description:

  • Develop an enterprise-wide data governance framework that aligns with business objectives.
  • Design policies and standards for data management, including ownership, stewardship, access, and usage.
  • Establish a process for identifying, standardizing, and documenting core business rules and data definitions.
  • Drive alignment and version control of business taxonomies across the organization.
  • Define and implement data quality dimensions (accuracy, completeness, timeliness, consistency, etc.) across key data domains.
  • Collaborate with functional leads to establish and maintain quality rules and thresholds.
  • Lead the identification and onboarding of data owners and stewards.
  • Facilitate training and engagement programs to support governance roles.
  • Establish clear responsibilities and decision-making authority through a RACI model.
  • Partner with technical teams to implement a data catalog and metadata management solution.
