Coding Educator Job Description

As a coding educator, you will play a vital role in empowering the next generation of innovators by teaching kids online coding through 1:1 live classes. Our platform aims to make coding a valuable skill set and tool for understanding and appreciating every technology that children interact with in today's world.

We offer a tested curriculum-based coding course for kids aged 6-15 years old globally. The successful candidate will contribute to shaping the learning & development experience of kids and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction across the full life-cycle of curriculum development, trial-classes, course classes, and doubt-clarifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct trial classes and convert prospects into students
  • Adapt and improve our curriculum based on student feedback
  • Maintain high attendance rates, time discipline, and delivery excellence
  • Develop engaging ideas to enhance children's understanding of coding concepts
  • Cultivate an understanding of each child's interests and tailor delivery accordingly
  • Engage children productively and foster a love for coding
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or MCA
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching coding to children
  • Child-centric approach at all times
