Job Opportunity:

The Senior Development Engineer position is a key role within our organization, responsible for designing and implementing complex software systems using Python and React.

This senior-level position involves high-level design, coding, and debugging tasks, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create high-level and low-level designs for given functional requirements
  2. Mentor junior team members in technical skills, methodology, and product knowledge
  3. Have a strong command of the primary product's technology
  4. Follow best coding practices
  5. Assist colleagues with design reviews, code reviews, implementation, and information about existing implementations
  6. Be an expert in one or more modules of the product
  7. Have a good understanding of core modules of secondary products

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Python and React
  • Advanced knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Operating Systems, Algorithms, Data Structures, Object-Oriented Programming Systems, and Databases
  • Working knowledge of web server technologies and non-functional requirements like Scalability, Performance, and Security
  • Ability to utilize AI and mentor junior team members on AI best practices
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Mentoring and coaching skills
  • Intercultural skills and ability to work with global teams at different time zones
