Overview:

We are seeking skilled Senior Gen AI specialists to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to leverage their knowledge and skills in designing, building, and implementing cutting-edge industrial-grade AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and implement multimodal RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) over diverse data sources such as PDFs, CAD/vector drawings, incident reports, and regulations.
  • Design and deploy hybrid retrieval systems with reranking capabilities, ensuring high accuracy and relevance of retrieved information.
  • Develop domain-specific embeddings for bilingual technical terminology and craft routing/prompting strategies for audit-ready outputs.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in building production AI/ML or search systems, with 3+ successful enterprise deployments end-to-end.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python 3.11+, SQL, and strong systems thinking and data modeling skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of RAG at scale, including vector databases (Pinecone/Weaviate/FAISS), BM25, rerankers, prompt/routing strategies, and evaluation metrics (faithfulness, coverage, latency).
  • MLOps/SRE expertise, including versioning, canaries/A-B testing, drift detection, observability, cost/perf trade-offs, and more.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with knowledge graphs (Neo4j/RDF/SPARQL), schema alignment/ontologies, and VL/Document AI (LayoutLMv3, Donut).
  • Background in CAD/vector parsing, safety/compliance domain exposure, orchestration frameworks (Temporal/Argo), FastAPI, AWS EKS, PostgreSQL, and Pinecone.
Interview Process:
  1. Technical Screen (45m): Live triage of a retrieval accuracy issue and discussion of RAG decisions.
  2. System Design (2h): End-to-end design for a compliance-grade knowledge system (data → RAG → UI/UX).
