The role of Performance Marketing Manager is ideal for someone with excellent digital marketing skills and creativity.

This person will create and optimize high-performing ads, work closely with the design and content teams, and develop best-in-class marketing campaigns.

  • Manage Meta Ads & Google ads for performance marketing.
  • Create, execute, and optimize campaigns on various channels to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Innovate and come up with new campaign ideas to share with the team.
  • Work closely with team leads to create and drive strategy with prioritization of initiatives to deliver the highest returns on performance marketing spends.

Key qualifications include:

  • Previous experience running Google and Facebook ads extensively.
  • Managed marketing budgets of significant value.
  • At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Experience with lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative outlook and attention to detail.
