Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Modelling: Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and modelling, ensuring the accuracy, validity, and robustness of analytical solutions. This involves staying abreast of the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
  • Translate Complex Data Insights: The successful candidate will be able to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Build Relationships: We are seeking someone who can build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, effectively communicating project progress, findings, and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Operational Research, CA, or Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in analytics, preferably financial services or retail.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in Python, model development, validation, machine learning, NLP, and marketing analytics.
    • Hands-on experience with analytics tools like R, SQL, Power BI, and MS Excel.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Deep knowledge of predictive analytics techniques (machine learning algorithms, logistic & linear regression, decision trees, clustering).
    • Expertise in exploratory data analysis (data preparation, exploration, and visualization).
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
